What to tell us
The project type, town, and timeline menus cover the basics, so use the message to tell us the rest of what you’re planning. Describe what you want changed and which rooms are involved so we know what to focus on during the walkthrough. If you know the house’s age or whether it has a slab or pier-and-beam foundation, include that, along with whether there’s an HOA. Let us know whether you already have drawings, a designer, or an architect.
